Overnight Oats
This is an easy recipe, which you can prepare ahead of time.
This way you will have a healthy and filling breakfast ready in the morning.
To make overnight oats I always use a 1/2 cup to measure all the ingredients. If you don't have a 1/2 measuring cup, I think you can just use half of a standard drinking cup or a full cup if you want to make two portions at once. Ingredients: 1/2 cup oats (I typically use rolled oats, but you can also use quick oats.) 1/2 cup milk of choice (I use almond milk, but you can use any type such as soy milk, regular milk or even chocolate milk.) 1/2 cup yogurt of choice (I love to use vanilla soy yogurt, but again you can experiment with all types of yogurt.) You can mix these ingredients in a bowl or shake them in a jar with a lid. If you want to add sweetener it's best that you do it now, so everything is evenly divided.
