Club Sandwich
Hello!
This recipe is for a delicious vegetarian club sandwich,
which will take your lunch break to the next level!
Ingredients for 2 club sandwiches:
- 4 pieces of bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp truffle mayonnaise
- 2 slices of cheese
- 2 small hands of arugula
- 1 tomato
- pepper and salt
Instructions:
Boil some water in a pot and add the 2 eggs. Leave the eggs in the boiling water
for 10 minutes and then take them out.
In the mean time you can start slicing your tomato and put your bread in the toaster.
When the eggs are ready you can peel and slice them.
Take your toast and add truffle mayo to all the pieces.
Now put the cheese, eggs, tomato, arugula, pepper and salt to taste on one slice.
Put the other slice of bread on top.
If you want you can add chips, French fries or waffle fries.
