Oatmeal Parfait

Good day!

This recipe is for a super easy 3-ingredient summery oatmeal parfait!



















  • 40 g oatmeal 
  • 250 g lemon yogurt
  • 50 g blueberries

Take a pretty glass and start with putting half of the oatmeal at the bottom.
Then top it with half of the yogurt. 

Repeat one time and then top it with blueberries. 

Of course, you can use different types of yogurt or fruit.
This is a very fresh combination for the Summer.

You can also add chia seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon, almond butter, etc.
