Breakfast Wrap
Good day!
This breakfast recipe has protein, healthy fats, carbs and veggies.
It's an ideal start to the day!
Ingredients for 2 breakfast wraps:
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 4 eggs
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: pepper, salt or other herbs
Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the pepper and salt
(or other herbs) and beat together with a fork.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the avocado in slices.
Heat up a pan and add the olive oil.
Now bake the cherry tomatoes for 3 minutes.
Add the eggs and scramble them until they are not runny anymore.
Heat up your wraps in the microwave for about ten seconds.
Put the egg mixture onto the wrap and add the avocado slices.
Close the wrap and enjoy your breakfast!
