Pumpkin Breakfast Smoothie
Hello!
Pumpkin season is in full force, so I wanted to share
this delicious pumpkin breakfast smoothie with you guys!
Ingredients for 1 smoothie:
- 40 g quick oats
- 4 tbsp vanilla yogurt (I used Alpro vanilla soy yogurt)
- 150 ml milk of choice (I used Alpro unsweetened almond milk)
- 50 g pumpkin pieces (I used frozen pumpkin pieces)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon or cookie spices
- Optional: sweetener of choice
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick you can add a bit more almond milk.
