Spice Cookie Butter (kruidnotenpasta)

Good day!

I'm sharing a recipe for cookie butter,
which I made with "kruidnoten". 

This recipe is more for my Belgian and Dutch followers,
because Sinterklaas is not really a phenomenon that's known in all countries.
But, feel free to use a different type of cookie in this recipe,
if you can't buy "kruidnoten".

Ingredients:

• 1,5 cup or 120 g spice cookies/ kruidnoten
• 3 tbsp black coffee
• 2 tbsp milk of choice (I used regular almond milk)
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• half tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add a bit more milk if it's not smooth enough.
Eat this spread on a piece of bread.
