Protein Pancake
Good morning!
I have super easy protein filled breakfast recipe for you today!
Ingredients:
- 30 g vanilla protein powder (I used a sachet from Body & Fit Shop)
- 1 egg
- 70 ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions:
Put the protein powder, egg and water in a bowl.
Whisk until it has a smooth consistency.
Heat up the olive oil in a pan.
Bake the "dough" on low heat on each side for 4 minutes.
Put on a plate and add some fruit, syrup or another topping of your choice.
I heated up some frozen blueberries and raspberries to use as a topping.
You can also try to make this pancake with a different flavor of protein powder,
such as chocolate or strawberry.
