Melon Breakfast Bowl
Hi!
This is not really a recipe, but more of a breakfast idea.
Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients:
- Half of a (honeydew or cantaloupe) melon
- A container of yogurt (I used Alpro blueberry yogurt)
- Your favorite granola (I used Bolletje granola)
Instructions:
Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
Fill the melon with yogurt and top with the granola.
