Lentil and Avocado Salad
Good day!
Today I'm sharing an easy salad recipe,
which you can whip up in no time.
Ingredients for 2 big salads:
- 1 avocado
- 100 g lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 can lentils (265 g drained)
- 1 can black olives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and the avocado in slices.
Drain the lentils and divide over the two plates.
Add the lettuce and top with the avocado, tomatoes, olives and cottage cheese.
You can use salt and pepper, if you want.
To make this recipe vegan you can just
omit the cottage cheese and use something else as dressing.
