Vegan Poke Bowl
Good day!
Today I'm sharing a vegan alternative for a poke bowl.
Feel free to customize it to your liking.
Ingredients for 2 poke bowls:
- 250 g brown rice
- 180 g tofu pieces
- 200 g soy beans
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 large carrot
- Soy sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the rice and tofu pieces according to the package.
Spiralize (or cut) the carrot and cucumber.
(You can use as much as you want).
Cut the avocado into pieces.
First put the rice in your bowl,
then top with all the ingredients and add the sauce.
