Pasta With Tomatoes, Feta and Truffle Oil


Almost everyone who knows me knows that I love truffle,
but I don't like mushrooms. 

Too bad that truffle and mushrooms are often combined in recipes.
That is why I'm sharing this delicious pasta recipe
with truffle oil (and no mushrooms).

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 200 g tagliatelle
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • Basil to taste
  • Truffle oil to taste 
  • Olive oil or butter to grease the oven tray

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prepare the tagliatelle according to the package. 

Chop the walnuts and some basil leaves.

Crumble the feta. 

Wash and remove the stems from the tomatoes.

Grease an oven tray and drain the pasta.
Put the pasta in the oven tray. Add the tomatoes,
feta, basil and walnuts on top. 

Pour some truffle oil over it. 

Put in the oven for about 20 minutes
or until you can see that the tomatoes have been braised. 

Take out of the oven and enjoy!
