Egg Bagel With Avocado

Good day!

Today’s recipe is more of an idea than really a recipe,
but it's delicious nonetheless. 
bagel avocado
Ingredients for 2 bagel halves (so one bagel):
  • 1 bagel
  • 2 small eggs
  • Half of an avocado
  • Pepper and salt


Preheat the oven to 200C.
Cut the bagel in half and make the hole a bit larger.
Put some foil on an oven tray
and place the bagel on top of it.
Crack the eggs in the bagel holes.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
or until the eggs look ready and the bagel is light brown. 
Peel the avocado and cut in half.
Smash it and put on your bagel.
Season with pepper and salt.
