Pumpkin Oatmeal
Hi!
This pumpkin oatmeal recipe can be made the night before
or you can make it in the morning and eat it immediately!
Ingredients:
- 40 g quick oats
- 5 tbsp vanilla yogurt (I used Alpro vanilla soy yogurt)
- 100 g pumpkin pieces (I used frozen pieces)
- Handful of pecans
- A dash of cinnamon
Mix the yogurt and the oats in a bowl.
Heat up the pumpkin pieces in the microwave
for about 3 minutes on 750 Watt.
Mash the pumpkin pieces with a fork
and stir into the oatmeal.
Top with the pecans.
