Creamy Pasta With Brussels Sprouts and Walnuts

Yes, today I'm sharing another pasta recipe.
This one is creamy and ideal for fall or winter.

  • 250 g pasta (I used whole wheat spirelli pasta) 
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs (I used Crème Cuisine) 
  • 350 g Brussels sprouts 
  • Handful of walnuts 
  • Salt and pepper

Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package. 
Prepare the Brussels sprouts
by cooking them for 10-12 minutes in boiling water. 

Drain the pasta and the Brussels sprouts and pour back in the pot. 
Now add the cream cheese to the pasta and the Brussels sprouts.
Mix and heat up everything for about 5 minutes.

Chop the walnuts and add on top of the pasta.
