Falafel and Veggie Sandwich

Hello!

This is an ideal recipe for a hearty lunch or dinner!

Ingredients for two sandwiches: 

  • Half a Turkish bread
  • 10 pieces of falafel
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 handfuls of lettuce 
  • Hummus 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Prepare the bread according to the package (mine still had to go in the oven). 
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Heat up some olive oil in a pan and bake the falafel
and bell pepper for about 8 minutes. 

Take two pieces of the Turkish bread and cut in half. 
Add the hummus, falafel, bell pepper strips and lettuce.
