Stuffed Chicory With Gorgonzola
Hello!
Today's recipe has minimal ingredients,
but is very delicious nonetheless.
Ingredients for two people:
- 4 pieces of chicory
- 150 g gorgonzola cheese (or another type of blue cheese)
- 2 handfuls of walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175 C°.
Cut the chicory pieces in half and remove the core.
Grease an oven tray (or two depending on the size).
Put the chicory pieces in the oven tray
and fill with a piece of gorgonzola.
Crush the walnuts and put on top of the chicory with gorgonzola.
Put the trays in the oven for 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven an enjoy!
You can add some potatoes on the side.
