Burrito Bowl
Good day!
Today I’m sharing a recipe for a burrito bowl!
You can make this recipe vegan, if you omit the cheese.
Ingredients for two bowls:
- 200 g lettuce
- 200 g beans (you can choose your favorite kind)
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g corn
- 1 large or 2 small avocados
- A handful of grated cheese
- 250 g rice (you can also use quinoa, bulgur etc.)
Instructions:
Wash all the vegetables and chop the avocados and bell pepper.
Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Divide the ingredients into two bowls and enjoy!
