Puff Pastry Pizza With Asparagus
This pizza is the perfect meal for spring or Easter!
Ingredients:
- 200 g green asparagus tips
- 2 eggs
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 tbsp of ricotta
- 1 handful of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Put the eggs in boiling water for 8 minutes.

Fold the edges of your puff pastry sheet.
Wash the asparagus and cut off the ends.
Spread the ricotta on the puff pastry sheet and add some pepper and salt to taste.
Top with the asparagus.
