Below you can find an easy recipe for a protein filled smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 scoop, packet or 30 g chocolate protein powder
350 ml unsweetened almond milk
100 g frozen strawberries
All you have to do is put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it's drinkable. You can use different types of fruit such as cherries or berries. If you want you can also add some sweetener of choice such as agave or honey.
